Limited Warranty Statement
Thank you for choosing a Final product. We design and manufacture our equipment with great care to deliver a high level of performance, reliability, and craftsmanship.
Standard Limited Warranty – 90 Days
Final (“the Company”) warrants that the product purchased by the original purchaser is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This standard warranty is automatic and does not require product registration.
During the warranty period, Final will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective due to manufacturing issues, subject to the terms and limitations outlined below.
Free Extended Warranty – 3 Years
You may extend your warranty coverage to three (3) years from the date of purchase at no additional cost. To activate this extended warranty, the original purchaser must register the product by submitting the completed warranty registration form along with a copy of the original purchase receipt to Final within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.
Warranty Conditions and Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover:

- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or accidents

- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

- Damage resulting from failure to follow the product’s operating instructions

- Products for which proof of purchase cannot be provided

- Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, moisture, or environmental conditions outside normal use

Final’s obligation under this warranty is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement (at Final’s discretion) of defective components. No other obligations—such as compensation for loss of use, loss of data, or consequential damages—are assumed unless required by applicable law.
Some regions or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you believe your product requires service under this warranty, please contact Final or an authorized Final service partner for instructions. The product may need to be returned for inspection, in which case shipping instructions will be provided.
